Nano Dimension’s Conductive Silver Nano-Particle and Dielectric Nano-inks
Our labs can control the size, shape and dispersion of the silver nano-particles in accordance with customer printing requirements. This is crucial to making the best conductive ink around as each application can be optimized from the particle all the way through ink formulation to the printing process itself. We can also formulate inks for a variety of substrates and printing profiles.
Nano Dimension’s wet-chemistry approach to making silver nano-particles starts with a silver precursor raw material. The patented process, licensed from the Hebrew University gives us great control over the types, shapes and sizes of the silver particles. We can reliably extract 10-100+ nano-meter sized particles of pure silver.
