WHAT:
FABTECH 2015, North America’s largest collaboration of technology, equipment and knowledge in the metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing industries, will offer attendees full access to exhibits, special events, presentations, educational sessions, an industry night and a professional welders competition.
Attendees will find live demonstrations of the latest technology and integrated solutions; one-on-one exchanges with exhibitors and industry leaders; and opportunities to attend keynote presentations, industry panels and educational sessions covering topics that range from additive manufacturing/3D printing and security risks, to women in manufacturing and the significance of teamwork in a successful organization, among others.
The event kicks off on Monday with NASCAR legend and champion Rusty Wallace as the opening keynote speaker.
On Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 8:30 a.m., presidential candidate and former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum will visit FABTECH, speaking with attendees before the show floor opens about the importance of manufacturing in the U.S. Afterward, he will tour the exhibit space to meet and interact with exhibitors and attendees alike.
