W. CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., December 23, 2015 – Abstracts for oral presentations are invited for the ASTM International workshop on Additive Manufacturing for Medical Applications. The event will take place May 3, 2016, at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas.
ASTM Committee F04 on Medical and Surgical Materials and Devices is sponsoring the workshop as part of its standards development meetings. The use of additive manufacturing in the medical device arena, regulatory consideration, and the need for standards specific to medical devices will be discussed.
Please submit your 300-word abstract on the above topics via email to the workshop chairmen no later than Feb. 15, 2016.
