Looking back on the highly satisfied exhibitors and attendees at formnext 2016
The remarkable growth of formnext powered by tct is showing no signs of stopping. Indeed, the latest results from a survey of the visitors and exhibitors at last year’s event affirm the dense atmosphere of innovation, extraordinary technical quality, and high level of attendee satisfaction for which formnext has already become known. Its successful development has now put the exhibition in an excellent position to further solidify its reputation as a leading international event in intelligent industrial production.
Virtually every visitor came away satisfied
As a number of statistics indicate, formnext powered by tct 2016 set the stage for further growth. For example, a total of 13,384 attendees and 307 exhibitors from 28 countries used the event as a platform for international business. A full 98% of the visitors reported being “satisfied” or “highly satisfied” with the formnext exhibition. Meanwhile, more than three-fourths of the 307 exhibitors were satisfied or highly satisfied with the number of new contacts they acquired. In total, 94% of last year’s exhibitors planned on booking their own booth again at formnext 2017. All of the exhibiting companies and over 1,000 attendees were interviewed for this survey at formnext 2016.
Leading decision-makers on hand from user industries
formnext 2016 once again drew a compelling audience of highly international experts from nearly every relevant user industry. Those in attendance included representatives from Adidas, Apple, BMW, Bosch, Bulgari, Deutsche Bahn, Ferrari, Honeywell, Kuka, Lufthansa Technik, Mercedes-Benz, Merck, MTU, Nike, Porsche, Procter & Gamble, Samsung, and ZF, to name just a few.
Nearly half of visitors traveled from abroad
The numerous innovations on display at formnext powered by tct 2016 drew representatives from all over the world to Frankfurt am Main. In fact, the event’s share of international visitors was an impressive 44% – 2% higher than the previous year.
