In 2017, the formnext powered by tct conference, set to take place alongside the exhibition, will continue to highlight the latest trends and issues along with current and future innovations in the application of additive manufacturing and other future areas of modern manufacturing.
By issuing a call for papers, the tct Group’s owner and formnext partner Rapid News Publications Ltd. is looking for exceptional speakers to present the state-of-the-art in the development and applications of next-generation manufacturing technologies for six key application areas.
Areas of focus include:
- Healthcare (medical & dental)
- Automotive
- Aerospace
- Tooling and moulding
- Consumer products
- Heavy industry/industrial products
International presentations are welcomed. Applications and research in the areas of focus outlined above are considered. The conference will be delivered in English language only.

The abstracts (100–200 words) with presentation title, a brief profile of the speaker (50–200 words) and a high-resolution headshot photograph must be submitted by May 12, 2017, at the latest. Twice as many presentations as in 2016
In addition to a significant increase in the number of exhibitors and the space for formnext powered by tct 2017, the conference accompanying the exhibition has also grown significantly. More than 60 presentations across two stages are planned – double the capacity of previous years. High-level keynote speakers, industry experts, and representatives of leading research institutes will share practical specialist knowledge and will be available to answer questions and participate in discussions.
