    Additive Manufacturing Hardware: 2022 Roundup of New Solutions

    Additive manufacturing hardware introduced in 2022 included options for bigger and smaller as well as printing electronics and composites.

    Additive manufacturing hardware solution providers were once again busy in 2022. Highlights included more options for printing bigger and smaller, printing electronics and composites, and a couple of open platforms to allow more material development for industry and researchers. While the list is surely not exhaustive, it does include most of the introductions for printers, sensors, post processing, and important 3D scanners along with modules and automation systems.

    Formlabs Enters 2022 With New 3D Printers and Resins Formlabs launched the Form 3+ and Form 3B+ printers, their fastest 3D printers to date, available and shipping globally. READ MORE

    Nanoscribe launches Quantum X align: Nanoscribe, a BICO company, debuted the Quantum X align, a high-performance 3D printer at the Photonics West Conference.
